Platform Services

A 12-month workshop engagement at Garden Island, Sydney, trained executives and supported development of a risk management system tailored to naval services and aligned with applicable international standards.

Sydney executives demonstrated the system to European management, leading to adoption across other parts of Thales.

ENERGY & INFRASTRUCTURE

Santos
GLNG Pipeline

Risk assessments for the Injune-to-Gladstone pipeline and Curtis Island processing and export terminal project, aligned with international standards applicable at the time.

Training and mentoring equipped staff with methods for strategic and systemic risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, risk mapping and reporting.

Experience on both sides
of the advisory table.

Keith brings together independent consulting and senior leadership experience across defence, aviation, resources, infrastructure and service organisations. He understands both the decisions leaders face and the practical demands of implementing them.

His broader career includes enterprise risk management and acting enterprise PMO leadership at Boeing Defence Australia, supporting more than 100 project management practitioners, and senior program management of complex RAAF capability upgrades.

At Sinclair Knight Merz, he led an integrated risk, assurance, employee-relations and industrial-relations team supporting major capital programs, including programs exceeding $1 billion.
